The ASP Agent belt is designed for detectives, undercover officers, protection detail agents and other plain clothes law enforcement professionals. It’s perfect for discreetly carrying ASP concealable batons, handcuffs, and other critical gear, and its timeless design is equally at home on jeans or suit pants.
The belt is crafted of two plies of top-grain leather, permanently bonded together, then topstitched for reinforcement and a refined finish. The result is a stiff carrying platform (nearly 1/4-inch thick) that won’t twist or sag under the load of police equipment. That same stiffness—combined with the unique buckle design—allows the tongue end of the belt to lie flat, without the need for a keeper loop, for an extra-clean and sleek appearance. The belt features six holes, instead of the standard five, to allow more adjustment range; this is especially useful for accommodating inside waist band (IWB) holsters or scabbards. The oval shape of the holes helps the belt and buckle prong to lie flat.
The distinctive metal buckle is an exclusive ASP design. The belt comes standard with a brushed nickel buckle; optional, interchangeable matte black or polished brass versions are available here. Change buckles simply by removing the screws using a standard 1/16” hex wrench (there’s one included with most ASP carrying cases). An engraving area on the back of the buckle provides a place for discreet personalization.
The Agent Belt is available in black or brown, in sizes from 30 to 46. True waist size is based approximately on belt being fastened at the middle hole—we suggest ordering at least 2 inches larger than your actual waist size, depending on the amount of gear you plan to wear, and whether you carry anything inside the waistband.
